Sam Salinger

Sam Salinger graduated in May of 2024 from the American University Washington College of Law in Washington, DC, where he wrote and published his student comment, Fear & Loathing in the American Workplace: Paving the Bog of Logomachy, in the Administrative Law Review. Throughout his time in law school, he worked with attorneys at the New York State Division of Human Rights, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the Major League Soccer Players Association as a law clerk, advocating for workers at the state, federal, and union levels. He received his bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Kinesiology and Health from Miami University in Oxford, OH, where he was active in the Advocates for Students with Disabilities organization and co-founded the club squash team.

Since joining Menken Simpson & Rozger, Sam has successfully briefed several motions on behalf of executives and victims of discrimination and retaliation, as well as aid in the negotiation of various settlements and severance packages. Fresh out of law school, Sam led the briefing and argument in a contract dispute, successfully arguing for full enforcement of a settlement agreement negotiated on behalf of an executive client. See Dalewitz v.
