Information on MSR’s Lawsuit Against Sprout Mortgage

If you were affected by the recent shutdown of Sprout Mortgage, you should know that Menken Simpson & Rozger has filed a proposed class action lawsuit against the company and its CEO, Michael Strauss. The lawsuit alleges claims based on the company’s failure to pay employees for the three weeks of work prior to the shutdown, as well as failure to provide notice of the foreseeable closure under the federal and New York State WARN Acts. If you were affected by this closure and would like to get in touch with us, please send an email with your name and phone number to brabinowitz@nyemployeelaw.com. Read the filed complaint here.
